• [ ] Email [email protected] to request the migration of BECS/BACS and ensure the mandates are not cancelled.

• [ ] GoCardless information shared with client and Rechargly

• [ ] Notify clients at least 14 days in advance (Ref Stripe)

What Rechargly will do

• [ ] Rechargly notifies clients that the mandate has been transferred to Stripe.
• [ ] BECS/BACs information is mapped to the client in Rechargly 👉 confirmed by you 👈
• [ ] Rechargly emails customer their new auto-charge agreement.
• [ ] First charge in Rechargly

• [ ] Verbally notify the impacted clients of the upcoming changes
• [ ] Email by firm/partner notifying them of the upcoming changes and new process with Rechargly

• [ ] Notify clients of the changes in the process. The email will explain if any action is required from their side.
• [ ] When migration has occurred.
• [ ] The client is notified when the first charge has occurred.
• [ ] An auto-charge agreement is created and shared with the firm/client. Here’s an example of what the agreement looks like.
